Bakery Dashboard

This dashboard was created for bakers. I chose to design for a hypothetical baker, Sophie Jones, based in New York who is 30 years old. She has been baking all her life but is new to the bakery business and wants to run a successful store.

Research Question

How can I design an efficient dashboard for a baker?

Solution

Creating a dashboard with widgets such as a calendar, alarm, inventory tracker, messages, and more will help a baker while they're in the kitchen. It can be challenging for them to stop what they're in the middle of doing to check items in the back. With the easy accessibility of widgets on a phone or watch, they don't have to step away. The widget will give them the answer instantly so they can work more efficiently.
